- We know that you are working with children as you are the owner of a kindergarten in central Limassol. How did you decide to work in this field?
My deep love for children motivated me to study this field and after my studies I decided to start my private kindergarten.
- What do you mostly like in your job?
I like spending my time creatively, taking care of children and helping them built their own character. - Why did you decide to improve your nutrition habits?
I believe that with good nutrition we gain health, beauty and a better quality of life.
- How would you describe your diet in one day?
My daily diet is based on the advices of my dietitian, Anna Cortesi
- In your opinion, in which way can a busy woman keep herself healthy and in shape
With good nutrition and small, frequent meals.
- Could you give us the top 3 changes you have made to your diet for energy and wellness?
1. Good food combining 2. Small frequent meals. 3. Avoiding foods high in saturated fats
- What kind of advice would you give to a busy woman who would like to change her relationship with food and improve her body and health?
I would advise her to visit a qualified dietitian and nutritionist in order to follow a well planned nutrition plan with the right food combinations and healthy meals, based on her metabolism.
